ExxonMobil has announced the introduction of its Mobilgrease FM 220 series, a new line of high-performance, multi-purpose greases for food and beverage processing equipment that delivers enhanced protection against a wide range of load, speed, temperature and environmental conditions.

Formulated with advanced, aluminum complex thickener technology, the Mobilgrease FM 220 series of greases offer excellent pumpability, water and fluid resistance, mechanical shear stability and rust inhibition to ensure the performance of valuable equipment. Available in National Lubricant Grease Institute (NLGI) Grades 1 and 2, both Mobilgrease FM 221 and Mobilgrease FM 222 carry NSF H1 registration and are approved as Kosher and Halal.

"Across the food processing industry and related market sectors, such as beverage and pharmaceuticals, there is a great need for food grade lubricants that meet and exceed the latest industry standards and deliver exceptional protection for today's advanced food processing equipment," said Michael Dionisio, grease advisor - Americas, ExxonMobil Lubricants & Specialties. "With the introduction of our Mobilgrease FM 220 series, we are providing maintenance managers in the food processing industry with a line of greases that are ideally suited to meet a wide range of conditions."
