Indium Corporation’s Assistant Technical Manager Liyakathali Koorithodi will present at the SMTA India chapter’s quarterly meeting on May 30 at Sathyam Group Resorts in Sriperumbudur, India.
Koorithodi’s presentation, PCB Surface Finishes: Implication on the SMT Process Yield, will discuss various PCB surface finishes, including how each surface finish works within the soldering process and its impact on the soldering yield.
Koorithodi provides technical support for Indium Corporation’s electronics assembly materials, semiconductor and advanced assembly materials, solar photovoltaic, and thermal management customers in India. He has more than 13 years of experience in electronics assembly manufacturing. Koorithodi has a diploma in mechanical engineering from the Department of Technical Education, Government of Kerala, and is an SMTA-certified SMT Process Engineer. He earned his Six Sigma Green Belt from Motorola University (TQMI Chennai).
The SMTA India chapter has recently joined the SMTA’s network of chapters across the United States, South America, the Middle East, and Asia.
