First Speakers Announced – Ford, Delphi, Siemens & More!

Conference @ Ceramics Expo is set for another vibrant and dynamic platform for the exchange of ideas that is staged right alongside the expo floor.

Be a part of it in Cleveland over April 25-27, 2017 and see how the conference promotes the advances in ceramic manufacturing and enabling the demonstration of the many and various industrial applications for ceramics.

There has already been a high-level of interest in the plans for next year and announce that once again the whole conference will be a free-to-attend event – uniquely so for a U.S. forum in this field and thus making it accessible to all.

You will be able to hear from experts with a deep knowledge of the industry; pick up on the latest ideas and developments in materials, manufacturing and applications; and take away a toolbox fit for future strategies.

As it has been for the last two years, Conference @ Ceramics Expo will comprise twin-track sessions and delighted to announce the broad subject areas at the heart of the discussions.

Day One (Tuesday 25 April) will start with our usual plenary session – this time on the subject of ‘Forecasting Key Ceramic Markets to Understand Industry Trends’ followed by tracks on ‘Ceramic Material Properties and Application’ and ‘Ceramic Coating and CMC Manufacturing Processes’.

Day Two (Wednesday 26 April) will continue the properties and applications thread and also feature a track on ‘Forming Technologies and Automation’.

Day Three (Thursday 27 April) will see the presentation of tracks on ‘Medical Applications’ and ‘Ceramic and Glass Manufacturing’

The line-up of speakers is already taking shape and among those confirmed in place are Scott Nelson (Delphi), Venkat Anandan (Ford Motor Company), Chad White (Siemens USA), Shay Harrison (Free Form Fibers), Dr Sonny Bal (Amedica), Jason Langhorn (DePuy Synthes) and Dr Kapil Deshpande (Croda).

This exciting conference has been specially designed for engineers and decision makers from OEMs and Tier 1s in the automotive, aerospace, defense, medical, electronics, industrial, energy, and communication industries. Delegates can pick just those sessions that grab their interest, can break out at any time to take in the booths on the exhibit floor, and are all invited to network in a relaxed atmosphere during our evening drinks receptions.

Remember, there is no delegate charge, so to register your interest and to get a complete update next year, simply register here
