Curtiss-Wright Acquire Selected Assets of Advanced Materials Process

Curtiss-Wright, a US-based manufacturer of motion and flow control applications and supplier of heat treating services, has just acquired certain assets of Advanced Materials Process Corporation (AMP).

Curtiss-Wright paid $5.7million for the assets which involve assumption of certain liabilities.

The acquisition adds to existing shot-peening expertise and consolidates their position as the global leader in the field.
