Aether Physics Model Precisely Computes Electron Binding Energies for all Elements

David Thomson and Jim Bourassa of the Quantum AetherDynamics Institute (QADI) released a paper showing the Aether Physics Model precisely computes the 1s orbital electron binding energies for all the elements. "Our electron binding energy equation for the 1s orbitals are not exact, but very close, especially considering all elemental ground states are calculated from first principles," said Thomson, the primary author and Science Director. The new white paper summarizing the theory, Electron Binding Energies in the Aether Physics Model, is available online here. (PDF)

They show the electron models as a toroid, which can have variable radii as long as the quantum surface area remains the same. Therefore, the electron is not a fixed-point particle, but is a flexible toroidal entity. The flexibility is possible due to the Aether, which gives the electron its structure. According to Albert Einstein's Special Relativity theory, there cannot be a rigid Aether, as envisioned by Albert Michelson. However, Thomson and Bourassa's quantified Aether is fluid, as proposed in the December 2005 issue of Scientific American by Theodore Jacobson and Renaud Parentani.

Bourassa stated, "The electron binding energy equation is the first quantum mechanical expression of the Aether Physics Model and demonstrates the model is viable. Unlike the quantum mechanics of the mass/energy paradigm, the Aether Physics Model is discrete and devoid of probability functions and paradoxes, which should make it superior to the Standard Model when fully developed."

In February, 2002, David Thomson discovered the Aether Physics Model. Jim Bourassa was seeking a mathematical basis for his Planck-scale Aether hypothesis. They decided to join their research, resources, and talents to fully develop Thomson?s Aether Physics Model, and incorporated QADI in 2003, with Jim Bourassa as Executive Director and David Thomson as Science Director. Since then, their combined efforts have produced substantial progress in the field of quantum physics and they are poised to create the next major revolution in physics. The theory is testable, coherent, mathematically derived, empirically based, and uses easy-to-understand Newtonian equations.

"Now that the Aether Physics Model quantifies the quantum structure and we have produced our first set of equations, the analysis must develop further until it explains all aspects of the atom. We should then be able to quantify the structural aspects of associated molecules," explained Thomson.
