Noveon Purchase Thermedics Assets from Viasys Healthcare

Noveon have purchased certain assets of Thermedics Polymer from Viasys Healthcare.

Noveon have acquired aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane technology. This will compliment their existing aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane technology, allowing them to accelerate their growth in this area.

The purchase also includes a production facility located in Massachusettes, USA

Thermedics supply thermoplastic polyurethanes for the medical, optical and industrial sectors.
