The Vision64 Map™ data analysis and reporting software has been built based on Digital Surf’s industry-leading Mountains® Technology. It is a complete extension to Bruker’s Vision64® instrument control and analysis software.
When used with Bruker 3D optical microscope systems, the Vision64 Map facilitates detailed 3D surface visualization and analytical data, offering customers with an entire metrology workflow - ranging from automated data acquisition and modern data analysis, to powerful data visualization and reporting.
