H.B. Fuller to Purchase Industrial Adhesives Provider, Continental

H.B. Fuller Company announced today that it has signed an agreement to purchase Continental Products Limited, a provider of industrial adhesives in East and Central Africa. This business will generate approximately €2.3 million in revenue for the 2014 fiscal year. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, Continental will be included in H.B. Fuller's Europe, India, Middle East, Africa (EIMEA) operating segment.

Johns Manville (JM) and Preiss-Daimler (PD) announced today that a Preiss-Daimler group company will acquire Johns Manville’s Glass Textiles business in Sweden. The business is a leading supplier of superior glass wallcoverings in the European markets, including woven as well as nonwoven products.

These glass solders help to hermetically seal cells and stacks that consist of metallic and ceramic compounds.
