Plastics.dupont.com , a website that showcases DuPont Engineering Polymers’ plastics capabilities, has been redesigned to better meet customer needs. The site now offers easy access to information for current and prospective customers as they explore different product offerings to meet design needs.
“We blended the needs of today’s design engineers, molders and processors with the need to better brand our offerings by incorporating a ‘One DuPont’ approach to the look and feel of our site,” said Keith Smith , vice president and general manager, DuPont Engineering Polymers.
Some of the website’s features include:
Multiple languages;
- Improved search engine capabilities using Google technology;
- A “Uses and Applications” area that features polymer portfolios by the value they bring to customers;
- A “Knowledge Center” where users can find products, a library of processing, design ideas, as well as design and technical information; and,
- Inquiries received are integrated into a tool that helps to quickly apply the right resources to leads.
