AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight Nears Market Readiness

mPhase Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: XDSL.OB) said today that it is making rapid progress bringing the AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight to market with Porsche Design Studio in Zell am See, Austria and EaglePicher Technologies from Joplin, Missouri. The flashlight, will feature a sleek modern design with unique features.

mPhase selected the Porsche Design Studio and EaglePicher Technologies because of their respective abilities to design and develop highly reliable premium quality products. The collaborative effort will converge later this year when the first AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight is anticipated to be available for sale.

mPhase CEO Ron Durando commented, “Working with two world class companies like EaglePicher Technologies and the Porsche Design Studio will speed a unique high end product to market. The AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight will without question live up to the ‘emergency’ functionality that it is designed for.”

The AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight features a manually activated emergency power source that will function as a backup to the primary lithium battery in the event of failure or complete battery drain. The mPhase reserve battery features a minimum 20 year shelf life and will power the AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight for at least two hours in its initial configuration.
