Thermafiber Re-Launches Metal Mesh Product Line

Thermafiber, Inc. has re-launched its Metal Mesh Blanket product line with improved quality and additional product options.

Investment in new manufacturing equipment for the metal mesh application contributed to the product advancements.

Metal Mesh Blankets are now available in multiple densities and offer various facing configurations. Metal Mesh Blankets offer the integrity and flexibility needed to insulate curved surfaces or irregular shapes. These products are ideal for boilers, tanks, ducts, large pipes and other high temperature applications.

"We are excited about the new capabilities that we have with the Metal Mesh product line. The new equipment will allow us to make a more cost effective and superior product for our customers," says Michael Williams, Thermafiber's Executive Vice President. "Metal Mesh Blankets continue to have strong demand internationally and more specifically this investment will allow us to better service the Latin American markets."

Like all Thermafiber mineral wool products, Metal Mesh Blankets have a high recycled content with a minimum 70% and available with up to 90%. All Thermafiber industrial insulation products conserve energy, control noise, and provide exceptional thermal performance in applications up to 1200 degrees F (649 degrees C).
