After nearly six months of stagnant sales due to confusion throughout the Spray Polyurethane Foam insulation market, caused by fraudulent tests and misleading information that had been imposed on the SPF industry by an unscrupulous competitor, Flame Seal has, through an extensive education program, coupled with an aggressive counter-offensive marketing campaign, re-established its position as the only properly certified product in this new $70 Million market.
As a result of this work, a renewed understanding of the credentials of Flame Seal-TB are spreading throughout the SPF Insulation industry. A realization of the liabilities associated with products with questionable documentation is leaving its mark, as:
Companies that had been using the Competitor’s product are returning to Flame Seal. Companies that had stopped using any coating at all, due to doubt and confusion, are returning to Flame Seal. Many who were misled into thinking this was not required, or that nothing qualified exists, are contacting Flame Seal’s distributors.
From the President: “Dear shareholders… This has been a very difficult and extensive defense of our position in this market, and we have prevailed on all fronts. As more and more companies come to understand the truth, and the liabilities that come with the use of questionable products, a growing renewed momentum is being felt here at the home offices of Flame Seal, and at SPI, our distributor. After many months of stagnant sales, due to the damage caused by 'mis-information' and false assertions about us, the market is back. We are producing the first Full Truckload order in some time now, and as we prepare for that, we have already received communications regarding 4-6 more truckloads in the pipeline from the sales groups. We are training Sales personnel as well as Applicators / Contractors via Webinars. The task at hand is to train over 150 sales persons and over 1500 applicators.
