fiberAmerica, an innovative manufacturer of consistent, high quality and environmentally-friendly cellulose fiber insulation products, celebrates the first anniversary of the opening of its manufacturing center.
Focused on delivering high quality products and excellent customer service while also ensuring the safety of its employees, the company has successfully executed on its original plan.
fiberAmerica has doubled the number of employees since it opened, almost tripled the truckloads of cellulose insulation it delivers and has added a second shift to meet the demands of its growing customer base of almost 200 insulation contractors, state and local government agencies, and distributors. The manufacturer has also exceeded planned revenue and profit forecasts and continues to look to expand its operations beyond the northeastern United States.
"Despite the weakened economy, we have experienced steady growth in every aspect of our business in our first year and have plans to continue to expand our operations," said David A. Johnson, president for fiberAmerica. "We attribute this growth to our dedicated employees, high quality products and the demand for green insulation solutions. We expect that with the utility rate increases in January 2011, we will see an increased demand for our Green Seal product line as homeowners will be searching for ways to save on their energy bills."
With a near perfect customer retention rate, fiberAmerica consistently receives rave reviews from its customers about its products' quality and the consistency of every truck load. Jim Ellis, president at Ideal Home Improvement, agrees, "We have been extremely pleased with the consistency and quality of the Green Seal product. We have also had an excellent experience in dealing with the team at fiberAmerica. Their deliveries have always been on time and accurate and their staff has been very responsive to our requests and pleasant to work with each time."
