Decor Products International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DCRD), a leading designer and manufacturer of decor paper products headquartered in Dongguan City, China, has completed its advanced technology printing ink processing production line.
The new production line was completed in November 2010 and is located within the Company's plant in Chang'an Town. It features a testing laboratory, microcomputer intaglio (gravure) printing production equipment and new color analysis software.
"The addition of our advanced ink processing production line represents certain increase of our production capacity," said Liu Rui Sheng, president of Decor Products International. "We are looking forward to integrating the use of the latest technologies in our production processes to enhance our efficiency and the quality of our printing ink and products."
Decor, or decoration, paper is a specialty paper used to finish the surface of wood materials. According to Liu Rui Sheng, wood-grain decor paper used in the manufacture of furniture and laminated flooring is one of the fastest-growing grades of paper in the world. Decor Products International designs and manufactures a broad variety of decor papers, including 30g -120g PU paper, polyester paper, melamine paper, wear-proof paper, 3D wood grain paper, as well as various environmentally friendly decorative papers. The company has already launched 21 sets of newly designed décor paper patterns this year, which account for approximately 39% of the revenue.
