Anomatic, a diversified global manufacturer of anodized aluminum packaging for health & beauty, cosmetic, medial and pharmaceutical industries, has planned to build a new anodizing production facility at the New Albany Business Park in Ohio. The company will invest $8.7 million for the new facility and equipment.
With the new plant, Anomatic becomes a part of the Beauty and Personal Care Campus located in the New Albany Business Park. All companies in the campus take efforts to develop a vertical supply chain for converting concepts into high-quality products in a rapid and cost-effective manner. Columbia Gas has recognized the sustainability initiatives of Anomatic and has offered $100,000 to expand its operations in New Albany.
Anomatic has delivered more than 1.2 billion anodized packaging components to worldwide customers in 2010. The company continues its investment in innovative decorating technologies, lean manufacturing, high-speed stamping tools and assembly machines to better serve its global clients.
Anomatic’s Senior Advisor, William B. Rusch stated that the company is delighted to work with the New Albany city, Columbia Gas and Columbus2020 to attain a significant position in the market with innovation.
