Ipsen Plans to Supply 10 Vacuum Furnaces to Five Countries

Ipsen USA, a designer and manufacturer of thermal processing systems, has announced that the company will supply 10 vacuum furnaces to five different countries during June of this year.

Ipsen's ten vacuum furnaces

The company will supply these vacuum furnaces to China, India, Ireland, Japan and the United States. These new furnaces symbolize the company’s diverse product portfolio. The vacuum furnaces include one vacuum oil quench furnace that features the company’s patented AvaC low pressure carburizing, one huge MetalMaster, two 6 bar TurboTreaters, new TITAN DS debinding and sintering furnace and five TITAN vacuum furnaces.

The company’s patented AvaC Low Pressure Carburizing is featured in this vacuum oil quench (VOQ), which fulfills the different applications demands of the customer. VOQ’s vacuum-tight inner door provides flexibility to the furnace and facilitates the furnace to deal with many thermal processes.

Ipsen’s TurboTreater is perfectly suitable for use in brazing, hardening, sintering, solution annealing, tempering, and also in applying AvaC low pressure carburizing. A design of cooling system is included in the equipment and can minimize up to 40% of gas consumption and 1,500 - 10,000 lbs of load potential.

A multi-use vacuum furnace, MetalMaster provides gas blower, specially designed external heat exchanger, various hot zone insulation packages, heating elements for accurate control, 360° gas cooling nozzles and a range of value-added options.

TITAN is a skid-mounted vacuum heat treat furnace. It is equipped with simple-to-master control system that easily switches between units of measure, compatible with most of the languages, offers trending and archiving, and acquisition of real-time data and can store up to 1000 recipes.

TITAN DS is the company’s new debinding and sintering furnace and operates at any voltage and 50/60 Hz as well as in over 20 languages. It can handle very high binder content for use in MIM applications.

VFS HIQ (horizontal internal quench) internal quench vacuum furnace is a new series of furnaces that are specifically engineered to provide exceptional performance and easy operation.
