The European Trade Fair for Composites - COMPOSITES EUROPE, which is a lightweight construction summit, will be conducted at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre, from October 9 to 11, 2012. ALUMINIUM World Fair will also be organized in parallel with the former trade fair.
More than 1,300 companies from over 50 countries are likely to present their products at this 2012 twin fair. The COMPOSITES EUROPE summit will host 400 companies out of 1,300, during its seventh edition.
The entire composites process chain ranging from raw materials to partially finished products and processing through to the newest technologies, services and machinery will be showcased at the COMPOSITES EUROPE. Automation and composite production will be the main topic of this year’s trade fair.
COMPOSITES EUROPE will specifically cover the CFRP theme. CFK Valley Stade is participating in the summit for the first time. COMPOSITES EUROPE serves as a platform for innovative firms specializing in the CFRP technology division in Düsseldorf.
The International Conference of the AVK - Federation of Reinforced Plastics will become the opening program of this 2012 trade fair and are expecting more than 400 participants. Top professionals will address the gathering about new applications of fibre-reinforced plastics at the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf, from October 8 to 9.
COMPOSITES EUROPE has been a partner of the European industry association EuCIA as its partner, right from the commencement of the trade fair. The event will also be supported by the Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau e.V. (VDMA) with its forum composite technology. The Composites Forum programme accompanying the trade fair will have its own lectures from the VDMA.
COMPOSITES EUROPE will become the meeting place for the aluminium industry, processors, manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and technologies for use in aluminium production, processing and finishing.
