Industrial Nanotech, a provider of nanoscience-based energy conserving and sustainable solutions, has reported that the company has expanded its industrial line with the introduction of a new product named Nansulate Diamond.
Nansulate Diamond is a rapid-cure high heat industrial insulation and corrosion prevention coating, which saves energy and provides personnel protection against equipment surfaces having temperatures of as high as 400°F
Industrial Nanotech’s Vice President of Business Development, Francesca Crolley commented that Nansulate Diamond complements the company’s industrial coating line based on nanotechnology. The new product delivers the same benefits, which include weathering resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion prevention, energy savings, thermal insulation, non-slip surface, and a faster curing time. This coating product has been successfully tested on industrial tools with a key automotive maker and has delivered remarkable results.
This product matches well with Industrial Nanotech’s other industrial coating products, which have been delivering savings in energy consumption for industrial and commercial customers since 2004, and provides more options for a textured, opaque surface and rapid curing. Nansulate Diamond will provide the opportunity to the company to offer solutions for additional industrial applications that demand faster curing. The new product provides better energy savings and shorter payback period of 6-18 months to customers.
The product will be unveiled and available in July 2012 and the company now takes pre-orders.
