Keith Company Acquire KMI Industries and Recco Furnaces

Keith Company, manufacturers of thermal process equipment have just acquired KMI Industries and Recco Furnaces.

KMI Industries is a refractory distributor and designer of custom insulation systems, while Recco Furnaces are suppliers of equipment to industries including heat treatment, foundry and tool and die.

The recently acquired businesses will continue to operate and will be run from Keith’s headquarters in California, USA and incorporated into the Keith organisation. The acquisitions, make Keith a one stop shop for furnace and thermal products.
