The Westfall Model 2800 Static Mixer is a wafer-style fixed plate with a patented design that rapidly mixes fluids through a combination of alternate vortex shedding and intense shear zone turbulence. Featuring a short laying length of 1" to 2" and integral injection assemblies, this water treatment mixer achieves better than 98% injected fluid dispersion only 10 diameters downstream.

A fraction of the size of a conventional 25 ft. long mixer which is costly to transport and install, the Westfall Model 2800 Static Mixer measures only 60" dia. x 1" thick and is available up to 10 ft. dia. Predrilled to fit into the mating flange bolt circle of any piping system, this static mixer is easy to install and made from 316SS for long service with no maintenance.

The Westfall Model 2800 Static Mixer is priced from $19,995.00 up and its compact size substantially reduces transportation costs.
