Inprinta Introduces Dedicated Graphics Inkjet Disc Filter

The Microdisc™ disc filter is a new dedicated graphics inkjet disc filter from Inprinta. This inkjet filter is optimised for use where high speed printing and high through-flow are key requirements.

The proprietary design of the Microdisc filter has 35% more filter area than standard size discs resulting in superior flow characteristics and minimum pressure drop levels which ensure consistent reliable printing performance.

Microdisc filters are manufactured from polymeric membrane with ratings of 5um, 10um and 20um that provide an excellent final barrier to protect your inkjet system against contaminants and aggregates. Supplied as standard with white filter housing, Microdisc filters are also available with black housing for UV ink applications. As an option Microdisc filters are available with 6mm jaco connectors on the inlet and outlet.

This addition to the Inprinta range of inkjet filters expands the company’s portfolio of products for the inkjet market sector.

Inprinta filters and spare parts are fully compatible with all the major Coding and Marking OEMs, including: Videojet®, Willett®, Domino®, Linx®, and Imaje®. Designed as direct alternatives, they make changing to the Inprinta range as simple as possible, whilst maintaining maximum printer performance. Committed to excellent service and support from its offices in the UK and USA - the aim of Inprinta is to provide quality consumables at a compelling price and service, to match or exceed the OEM equivalent product. All products are supplied with the Inprinta quality guarantee.
