Supor Ceramic is one of the two key projects of Supor Group in the sanitary industry. The project was officially launched in April 2011 and had a total investment of about USD 65 million by the end of 2013. The project is expected to have a total investment of USD 480 million, occupying 1.33 million square meters of land with an annual capacity of 10 million sets upon completion of the project.
Supor Ceramic's products include toilets, squatting pan, bidets, basins, etc. In the first phase of the project, the company plans to build two 94m tunnels and a shuttle kiln with an annual output of 1 million sets. In 2014, the company expects to complete the construction of 116 production lines. By far, Supor Ceramic is having the most advanced and environmental friendly CNC engraving machine. The fully automated equipment is able to scan and generate products, which greatly shortened the product development lead-time, enhanced the finishing of products as well as tooling accuracy.
The high-pressure grouting production lines used can effectively utilize space, making single product yield maximization possible. This has changed the traditional production method of grouting only once a day, hence improved the product's yield rate, production efficiency and cost effectiveness. The product is also of high density and is not easily deformed.
Supor's environmentally friendly water purification systems, advanced wastewater treatment systems, automated spray enamel annular process line and robotic spray glazing system result in even, smooth glazes. From start to finish, all processes are realized using pipeline operations.
To effectively control product quality, a laboratory is built to inspect each raw material batch to test slurry and glaze performance beforehand.
Supor will create more value for customers through automatic productions, advanced technology, and perfect design.
