Perlos to Sell Injection Moulding Business to Gritech Oy

Perlos’ negotiations with other companies on the possibility of continuing parts of its production operations have reached another milestone, as Perlos signed a sales agreement on its injection mould business with Gritech Oy, a Joensuu based company.

According to a current estimate, 42 Perlos employees will be employed by the new company. The estimated yearly net sales of this business was approximately EUR two million.

In addition to the above mentioned deals, Perlos is still negotiating on the sale of its business segments related with special products and connectors. Perlos is also in talks with other companies concerning, among other things, the possibility of expanding their operations into Perlos’ premises and employing Perlos personnel. More detailed information on these projects and their employment effects will be released when potential agreements have been signed.
