The TA Instruments Nano DSC differential scanning calorimeter is built to define the molecular stability of dilute in-solution biomolecules. Data is obtained through the Nano DSC using a lower quantity of sample than other designs.
Solid-state thermoelectric elements allow for accurate control over temperature, and the integrated precision linear actuator preserves constant or controlled variable pressure in the cell. The operation can be automated through use of the optional Nano DSC Autosampler, enabling unattended continuous operation with increased sample throughput.
