Built for Precision
Force Measurement
Universally calibrated and better than Grade 0.5 EN 7500-1, DIN 51221 ASTM E-4 and AFNOR A03-501. Ranges from 0.4% to 100% minimum. Load cells are automatically identified and electronically protected. Resolution is 1 part in 500000
Extension Measurement
Complete frame length to the highest resolution of 0.000001 mm (selectable). Precision is +/ −0.01 mm. Relative, absolute and auxiliary modes in inch, mm and percent are available.
Speed Control
Top-class, low-speed performance with speeds as low as 0.00001 mm/minute. Drive system temperature and current protection are also available.
Load Frame
Rigid frame uses a rigid extruded support column and a dual-slide crosshead guidance system. Frame stiffness is 60 kN/mm with built-in. K factor facility. Re-circulating ball screw with bellows, total travel trips, electronic limit trips and customer programmable safety stops are also available.
Electronics System
Modular electronics system allows rapid data transfer to the computer (up to 1000 Hz) through a high-speed Ethernet connection. Comprehensive input options help connect a wide range of accessories and extensometers through simple plug-in interface modules.
Safety Features
Broad safety features, such as E-Stop, overload/impact detection and programmable extension limits, guarantee a maximum level of operator safety. Fully conforms to global safety directives—2006/42/EU Machinery Directive, 2014/30/EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive and 2014/35/EU Low Voltage Directive.
Optional Touchscreen Panel PC
When the machine is coupled with the optional IPC3 industrial-grade Panel PC with touchscreen control, it becomes a powerful independent system without the necessity for a laptop or external PC.
With the help of the latest Windows 10 operating system and running a complete version of the winTest software from Testometric, the system enables full control of the test machine and offers storage and access to unrestricted test methods and results.
The mounting arm, which is included, fixes to the machine column T-Slots and is completely adjustable for reach, height and viewing angle, thus enabling users to determine the most ergonomic working position.

All Testometric versions are delivered with the company’s comprehensive winTest Analysis software package.
The winTest Analysis is the outcome of several years of constant development and offers an intuitive and flexible software package to suit all kinds of material testing. The built-in test techniques span flexural, tensile, peel, compression, tear, shear, creep, cyclic and multi-stage tests.
The winTest Analysis contains an extensive range of industry-standard test techniques and the required facility to make and store a limitless number of additional test methods. All test data can be automatically stored and can be easily exported to other software packages, like Excel, Word, Access and SPC systems for improved generation of reports. Users can refer to the winTest software datasheet for more data.
With the inclusion of the RCE remote connection option, all machines can be directly web-linked to Testometric for remote investigation, tracking and software upgrades.
