eralytics' flash point autosampler, eraflash s10, combines the safest measuring method with a 10-position autosampler. The fundamentally safe CCCFP methods ASTM D7094, ASTM D6450, and IP620 are suited to unattended measurements. eraflash s10 is the first 10-position autosampler designed for flash point testing. It employs the inherent safety procedures ASTM D7094, ASTM D6450, and IP620. With a small sample capacity of about 1–2 ml and continuously closed sample cups, they are suitable for creating a completely safe autosampler for flash point testing. eraflash s10 is an ideal choice for high-throughput laboratories that require limited laboratory space.
This makes eraflash s10 an excellent choice for unattended flash point testing.
Cost-Efficient and Fast Flash Point Testing

Flash point testing utilizing the well-known Pensky Martens concept (D93) need a large amount of material when examining valuable products, especially when batch numbers are limited. This can result in high analytical expenses. Only two milliliters of the sample are required for flash point testing in accordance with ASTM D7094 and IP620. ASTM D6450 further reduces this value to 1 milliliter.
Therefore, eraflash s10 is a welcome addition to testing labs that handle a lot of expensive samples on a daily basis. This comprises manufacturers of paints, varnishes, and fragrances.

The proprietary Peltier Boost Technology® (PBT) enables flash point testing below 0 °C (32 °F) and over 200 °C (392 °F) with a single instrument, much like eralytics' single position flash point tester eraflash.
However, they can be utilized for active cooling beginning at 200 °C throughout the cool-down, which will greatly shorten the turnaround time. In an autosampler for flash point testing, PBT also enables the same temperature range of -25 °C (-13 °F) to 420 °C (788 °F) as the single position flash point tester.
A Cooling Lid for Shorter Turnaround Times

An unparalleled advantage of the eraflash s10 is its optional cooling lid, particularly for situations involving extremely volatile samples. Volatile compounds are far less likely to evaporate before their assessment begins since the lid maintains the pending samples at a constant temperature.
As a result, the outcomes are more precise and reliable. Shorter turnaround times are achieved by using pre-cooled sample cups, which allow for less intensive cooling during the measurement.
