BASF, a chemical company, has announced the acquisition of B.C. Foam’s PET foam business. B.C. Foam is headquartered in Volpiano of Italy. Intellectual property rights, production units and a special extrusion method are included in this company acquisition. The process of special extrusion has enabled the high-performance PET foam production with high densities.
