Bruker’s Opterra Multipoint Scanning Confocal Microscope for Live Cell Imaging

This video shows the functioning of Bruker’s Opterra Multipoint Scanning Confocal Microscope that combines confocal imaging with photoactivation to provide high-speed imaging of live cell and small organism preparations. It uses various innovative features to acquire the speed of wide-field imaging at high resolutions with minimal phototoxicity and photobleaching.

The system is suitable for advanced live sample analysis, including intracellular ion imaging, protein localization and trafficking, nuclear structure and dynamics, and microtubule and vesicle dynamics.
