Now the company has launched new, flexible and personalised "Oi Service" Flexible Support Agreements to suit its customers' individual requirements.
OIPT Support Agreements offer numerous benefits, including great cost savings on both time and spares, reduced lifetime cost of ownership due to regular maintenance, and reduced downtime. Additional savings can be made when customers purchase a 3 or 5 year contract.
Recognising that customers have varied and diverse needs, OIPT's new Support Agreements packages are based on a 'Pick and Mix' concept - the customer can select from a number of options to create a Support Package tailored to their precise requirements, rather than have the rigidity of taking set services, some of which they may not need.
