Metal fabrication service provider, AMECO USA has opened a new manufacturing plant in Cleveland, Ohio. The plant has 50 ton lifting capacity and giant factory doors that enable fabrication and shipment of large metal components.
AMECO’s existing manufacturing capacity has been expanded to 62,000 square feet with the addition of the new facility. With this expansion, the company enhances its range of service offerings such as CNC punching, forming and custom metal fabricating. In addition, the new plant facilitates AMECO to provide sales and product support as well as design and engineering services. The company plans to increase its workforce to support the facility expansion.
AMECO’s President and Chief Engineer, Mike Perkins stated that the new Cleveland facility helps in solving integrated problems of the customers through a range of welding technologies and metalworking processes. The company’s engineering team employs 3-D modeling software to deliver custom metal fabricating solutions for most demanding industrial applications.
Metal product shipment across North America and worldwide will be easier, as the AMECO’s facility is located near the Port of Cleveland and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
