PolyOne to Display New Innovations at Chinaplas 2011

PolyOne, provider of specialty polymer materials and services, will introduce new solutions at Chinaplas 2011 scheduled from 17 to 21 May in Guangzhou, China.

The high-performance materials will include OnColor Complete liquid color solutions, OnFlex thermoplastic elastomers and Stat-Tech carbon nanotube compounds. These materials help customers to make new innovations, gain new business opportunities and enhance operating efficiencies.

The OnColor Complete is an innovative liquid colorant system. It integrates metering technology with advanced liquid colorants and refillable containers to form a color delivery system in a closed-loop format. This helps manufacturers to increase employee safety, reduce environmental impact and eliminate waste.

PolyOne’s OnFlex is a non-phthalate, flame-retardant material that has been developed as an alternative to insulation, cable and wire jacketing and connectors. This material provides excellent aesthetics to a product and helps meet sustainability targets of manufacturers.

The Stat-Tech Carbon Nanotube compounds from PolyOne enable production of integrated circuit packaging, semiconductor devices and electronic media storage tools. With the use of these materials, customers can speed up cycle times, improve productivity and boost yield rates.
