Grace Construction Products Acquires De Neef Conchem

Grace Construction Products, one of the world’s leading providers of building materials and construction chemicals, has purchased the De Neef Conchem Group.

De Neef Conchem, headquartered in Belgium, produces remedial and preventative waterproofing and concrete repair products for the construction industry. The products are developed in the U.S., Spain and Belgium and distributed globally.

De Neef Conchem’s portfolio will expand the waterproofing and building envelope product line of Grace. The acquisition constitutes a part of Grace continuing growth strategy, which focuses on entering into new alliances to speed up the expansion of its brand into new market segments, opening new production plants in emerging regions and buying high margin companies in the construction industry. Thus, the investment in De Neef Conchem enhances Grace’s global position in the construction industry.

The company has recently acquired a China-based waterproofing products manufacturer, Wuhan Meilixin New Building Materials.
