RPC Llantrisant Produces New Series of HDPE Bottles for Nail Polish Removers

RPC Containers Llantrisant has produced a new line of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bottles for KK Toiletries, which is based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.

The bottles are mainly designed for the 'Classics' range of nail polish removers, which are available from several retailers, including Poundworld, Home Bargains and Poundland. They are also delivered to Malta and Sweden. The removers are offered in 400, 250 and 150 ml bottles. KK Toiletries is the brand owner of Classics products.

The cylindrical bottles are manufactured using extrusion blow molding process on RPC Llantrisant's Bekum machines. The neck of the bottles has a standard size of 24mm/415. One of the versions of Classics nail polish remover contains acetone and it is delivered in a pink-colored bottle.  that is free from An acetone-free substitute is offered in a HDPE bottle.  

RPC Llantrisant has worked with KK Toiletries and Healthpoint to assure  for smooth processing and usage of the HDPE bottles.  RPC Llantrisant's bottles are also utilized by KK Toiletries for its own-label nail polish removers that are marketed in  the leading beauty retailers and supermarkets in the UK.
