Newark Offers MLOC 0603 Series Capacitors from AVX

US-based Newark/element 14, specialising in distribution of multi channel electronics has added the new MLOC 0603 Series of surface mountable RF capacitors from AVX to its offering.

The new capacitors have the ability to support frequencies ranging from 700 MHz to 5 GHz and use the multilayer low loss organic technology from AVX. The capacitors are made of organic polymers and consist of copper interconnects that have high levels of conductivity, stacked in multi layers. The MLOC 0603 series capacitors are made by using the process of direct laser imaging and are created on a large area of substrates. This enables the capacitors to have high tolerance levels and involve low costs. The new capacitors can also be enhanced to match printed circuit boards to increase their reliability and performance. The new series of capacitors are ideal for use in applications such as filter networks, RF power amplifiers and MRI systems.
