The DTL-240, which uses the latest drop packing technology, has the capacity to pack various flat bagged products into RSC and HSC cases at the rate of 30 cases per minute. The equipment has been specially designed for manufacturers of personal care products and consumer products.
According to the President and CEO of Pearson Packaging, Michael A. Senske, the DTL-240 enables manufacturers to load a wide range of flat bagged products on one production line due to its speed and versatility. The packing machine serves as an excellent alternative for customers who do not need a packing system where the baggages are picked and placed. The drop technology used in DTL-240 is a cheaper and more accurate solution and enables customers to meet their current and future production goals.
