GCC Coatings has added another technique for coating of wood products to its existing wood finish product portfolio. The novel Impact Coating finish has features such as chemical resistance, high impact resistance and water resistance.
GCC Coatings has been seeking a reliable, robust coating that can be applied to a garage workbench counter top. The company will provide services to the P.O.P display industry by coating counter top edges and store display fixtures.
The Impact Coating is a hybrid integration of polyurea and polyureathane. These materials can be used best in truck bed linings. Both the materials have excellent features separation but when both are integrated ensures a coating with a Shore D hardness of 55+ and an impact resistance of 4.5/ft./lbs impact resistance. The finish is resistant to chemicals such as motor oil and gasoline and is water resistant.
It is highly important for GCC Coatings that it maintains a superior standard of environmental sustainability. All the materials and techniques used by the company are green along with its novel Impact Coating. GCC Coatings’ President, Troy Greenberg said that the company is aware of the effects that can be caused by unsafe materials on employee, consumer health as well as on the environment.
GCC Coatings aims to continue seeing excellent success with all its coating techniques.
