Malvern Instruments has developed new Mastersizer 3000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer.
This innovative instrument has achieved ‘Best New Instrument of the Year 2011’ award. During March 2012, Mastersizer 3000 received the award at the Annual Conference of China Scientific Instruments 2012 (ACCSI 2012), which took place in Beijing. Being unveiled in September 2011, Mastersizer 3000 was selected as one of the 23 award-winning instruments to receive the award among the 533 new instruments produced by 257 companies.
The China Instrument Society Analytical Instrument Branch called China Instruments Manufacturers Association was responsible for conducting the Annual Conference of China Scientific Instruments 2012 (ACCSI 2012). China Association for Instrument Analysis served as the co-organizer of the event.
The Mastersizer 3000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer from Malvern has a broad dynamic range extending from 0.01 to 3500 µm. It generates accurate, powerful and consistent measurements both wet and dry throughout the micro-, milli-, and nano-meter size ranges.
Mastersizer 3000 measurement works based on intuitive and user-friendly software. This highly-efficient software provides operator- independent analysis and the generation of data specific for individual customer requirements. In addition, it also offers various presentation options with respect to varied industrial applications. Based on the company’s expertise, the method development process has been modified and upgraded. The gold standard applications offered by the global Malvern teams enable further developments, upgrades and advancement.
