Eris Program and Eris Eventi have announced that they are organizing the RM Forum ‘Metal Sintering’ seminar, whose theme is based on the applications of selective laser melting of metal powders in rapid manufacturing, especially in the racing, medical and aeronautics divisions.
The seminar will be held at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel, from 20 to 21 September, 2012. It will discuss about the latest additive sintering of metal powders.
This seminar-exhibition event will explore the contemporary metal sintering process. Earlier, rapid manufacturing technologies experienced a continuous progress, and since then have extended to a number of application divisions because of the significant benefits they promote to attain in terms of economic savings, realization possibilities, and time-to-market. Metal laser sintering is employed as an industrial manufacturing process to fabricate products having limited numbers and a high degree of personalization.
In order to leverage the benefits of metal sintering, it is essential to be at the forefront of the latest innovations that are being implemented in this field. This RM Forum ‘Metal Sintering’ has been organized with an aim to discuss about advanced metal powder sintering process and offer an opportunity to the prospective users of this technology and the protagonists of the supply-chain of metal sintering.
The seminar is dedicated to companies’ proprietors for mechanical sub-supply, managers of rapid manufacturing and prototyping service companies, and manufacturing directors of durable consumer good companies.
