BPM Microsystems, a provider of electronic device programmers for a variety of applications, has reported the offering of a more flexible Guaranteed Delivery Program (GDP) for new device support requests.
With the upgraded program, GDP credits can be applied by existing annual support agreement customers towards the worth of algorithm and socket card development and expedited release. The GDP offers a guaranteed delivery date to customers for new device support in BPM Microsystems’ BPWin software. The program comprises support for complex and standard algorithms with expedite choices within two days.
Annual support agreement customers earn as high as six GDP credits, which can be utilized during the valid contract period. Customer requests drive new device support through the utilization of BPM Microsystems’ web device support request form. Daily beta software releases enable all annual support agreement customers to access the latest algorithm updates and they need not wait for next full software release. BPM Microsystems supports over 53,000 devices to date.
BPM Microsystems first introduced GDP in 2002 for prioritizing device support requests. The company’s Customer Service Manager, Chris Gear stated that the company constantly seeks to deploy creative means of offering more customer value through its products and services. He believes that the expansion of GDP is a testimony to the company’s commitment towards its customers’ success.
