The MultiPrep High Precision Sample Preparation System from Allied High Tech Products

Gary Liechty from Allied High Tech Products demonstrates the MultiPrep System for sample preparation. The Multiprep System is a semiautomatic instrument ideal the preparation of precise samples with tiny geometries for microscopic analysis.

Using specifically designed jigs, the MultiPrep is able to take the guess work out of polishing and prepare samples in a repeatable fashion.

In-built controls allow the user to specify parameters such as platen speed and direction, sample oscillation as well as the angular and vertical position of the sample. Micrometer gauges also allow the user to determine how much materials is removed and the rate at which it was removed.
