Automated Image Analysis System from Clemex

Ben Gagnon form Clemex demonstrates a Clemex automaoted image analysis system.

Using a Clemex software package, the system is able to automate the microscope and take images across the surface of the sample. The system is able to autofocus and analyze images extremely quickly, meaning that the analysis of samples can be completed in very short time periods.

The user is able to define parameters which allow the software to classify detected features. It can also compile statistical distributions and can even go back and locate specific features.

While the system is suited to applications such as metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, biological samples, it can also adapted to meet specific client requirements.
