There is a wide variety of applications for high performance, cw, diode pumped solid state lasers (DPSS lasers), ranging from laser induced fluorescence for bioanalysis, through to advanced measurement technologies, such as Raman spectroscopy and holography, as well as laser displays and other RGB applications. These lasers can be used to device new medicines or treatments and also used for earlier cancer detection. They have features such as low noise, high stability and high power.
