Ed Gooding from Princeton Instruments shows us their Acton SP2300 spectrometer that can be fitted with a vast array of detectors. In this demonstration the Acton SP2300 is connected to the ProEM EMCCD camera and the SPEC-10 CCD, but can be interfaced with most Raman, fluorescence, photoluminescence and optical spectroscopy detectors.

He also shows us the Intensical software functionality which allows the user to correct spectra for the optical components in the system to produce true spectra from the sample being analyzed.
