Thwing Albert’s 90° Peel Fixture

This video reveals a 90° peel fixture designed by Thwing Albert Instrument Company. A 90° angle is maintained by the Vantage series tensile tester with the help of a sliding sample plate during measurement of the peel force.

The adhesive sample is attached to the sample plate while the the opposite end of the sample is held in position by an upper grip.
