The proX Desktop SEM with EDS from Phenom-World

Bill Flecky from Phenom-World shows us their new flagship, desktop scanning electron microscope (SEM) the proX, which includes elemental analysis using an in-built EDS system.

As with other Phenom-World SEM systems, it features simple operation by way of the intuitive touch screen user interface, making the system so easy to use, it needs minimal training.

Bill also informs us that lower level Phenom-World desktop SEMs can also be retrofitted with with their EDS system, providing them with with elemental analysis capabilities.
