Canada based Seika Machinery, specialising in material, machine and engineering services, will launch the AI-TEC PCB Coating and Curing System at the IPC APEX Expo to be held in San Diego Convention Centre in California.
The new system is a patented conformal coating system particularly developed to control the viscosity, temperature and the width of the coating with great accuracy.
The system consists of a circulated pump unit and a drying unit. It has an option for manual or auto changeover and options for change of width. The system is equipped with QR code reading and is compatible with server communication. Other features include jet dispensing, masking, dual side coating, double head and tilt. The system can also be customised according to the specifications of each customer.
