UTC Aerospace Systems, the aerospace and defense technology arm of United Technologies, will be displaying its complete range of systems meant for defense, security, fire-fighting and law enforcement applications at the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) show to be held from August 6 to August 9 in Las Vegas. UTC Aerospace Systems will occupy booth number 2654.
UTC Aerospace Systems will showcase its terrain proximity (TERPROM) navigation software, micro-UAS and inertial sensors employed in large and small UAVs to facilitate navigation, guidance and control.
The Sensors Unlimited short-wave infrared (SWIR) cameras from UTC Aerospace Systems will also be part of the exhibit. The high resolution, light weight and compactness of the SWIR cameras make them suitable for use in small UAVs and provide the ability to see through poor visibility conditions such as haze, fog and smoke.
The Cloud Cap Technology Piccolo autopilot will also feature in the display. Demonstration of the TASE 400 model along with the Cloud Cap Technology TASE gimbals is scheduled to showcase their superior performance against the lowest industry SWaP (Size, Weight and Power).
Technical teams from UTC Aerospace Systems will be available throughout the duration of the exhibit to answer queries and to offer expert demonstrations.
