Veeco Instruments Inc. announced today that Guangdong Deli Optoelectronics Co., Ltd, a newly formed and privately held company located in the high tech development zone of Jiangmen, Guangdong, has ordered multiple TurboDisc® K465i™ Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) Systems to support its high brightness light emitting diode (HB LED) manufacturing ramp.
Mai Qinghua, President of Deli Optoelectronics, commented, "We are excited to select Veeco’s K465i systems for our new production facility which will open in the spring of 2013.
