Motorized Torque Testing – Vortex-dV from Mecmesin

This video shows Vortex-dV Motorized Torque Tester and VectorPro Lite Software from Mecmesin. Vortex-dV is a versatile, affordable entry level torque testing system that combines precision controlled motorized stand with a choice of torque sensors and a talk display to provide simple testing and accurate results. Vortex-dV measures clockwise or anti-clockwise torque from few milli N.m to 10 N.m. It is used for applications involving small rotary mechanisms like bottles, jars, and other containers mostly used in the food and beverage industry. Torque is measured using four interchangeable torque sensors. The VectorPro Lite acquisition software is used to analyze test data in detail and helps to fully assess the products test performance. Reports can be customized with the built-in reporter use. Vortex-dV is perfect for packaging, springs and fasteners, valves and controls, electrical switches and components, and many more.
