Leveraging GC-HRMS to Detect Small Sample Differences

Analyzing complicated mixtures with gas chromatography alongside high-resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC-HRTOFMS) can generate extensive data, necessitating database search alone.

A new software program for a GC-HRMS system integrates all accessible data from database searches, molecular formula determination, and retention index matching with statistical analysis.

Small discrepancies between two comparable Scotch whisky samples are detected to demonstrate the analytical methodology.

This webinar covers

  • Understand a new GC-HRMS apparatus and software for analyzing complicated combinations.
  • Understand how integrating all GC-HRMS information simplifies and facilitates analysis.
